Mezcal Cool

Summer in a glass; light, bright and cool. Mezcal meets cucumber, basil, lime and agave syrup, over rocks, with a chili tamarind rim and cucumber straw.

Cacatúa

A tropical Paloma reimagined. Tequila, mezcal, grapefruit and red pepper are clarified, carbonated and finished with grapefruit foam for a bright, playful twist.

Berried Alive

A La Luz classic. Chamomile-infused tequila, fresh berries, lime and agave come together in a cocktail that’s fruity, floral, and finished with a gentle chili kick.

Fig'n Hell

Rich, dark and decadent. Ruby Port, brandy, fig jam, almond and citrus combine in a velvety dessert cocktail inspired by the flavours of Portugal.
